Workouts

Custom workouts using multiple modalities (TRX, Weights, Plyometrics, Boxing...to name a few) are written daily to avoid muscle adaption which gets OUR clients to THEIR goals quicker. 

Nutrition

You won't find any "Funky Crash" diets here! At FitCrew we believe in teaching our clients to eat REAL FOOD, read labels and understand macros. This way of eating is sustainable - no measuring - no counting just a lifestyle change.

Trainers

Owner and Certified Personal Trainer, Chrissy Hiatt, has gathered an amazing Crew specializing in everything from weight loss and strength training to body sculpting and martial arts. 

We want FitCrew to be your sanctuary - a place where you can workout in a clean environment, bring your kids when needed, shower and get to work or a lunch date, make new like minded friends, and even lift your soul!
